Santa Pola Area
Santa Pola is primarily a fishing village which offers the visitor plenty of opportunity to engage in this most relaxing of pastimes. There are also excellent beaches to choose from.
There are nearby salt lakes (salinas) and these are home to magnificent pink flamingos. There is also an amusement park (Pola Park) which is popular with children and has many attractions such as water-slides etc.
Santa Pola has many fine restaurants which cater for all tastes.
A ferry connects Santa Pola to the magical island of Tabarca.
